Eligibility & Process
- We send you the property details and full compliance and the requirements were looking to achieve for our network of landlords and agents
- You send us pre qualified apps which are elegible for the units
- We call the tenant and confirm the benefits they are receiving
- We then matchmake with a property in a area they desire (providing the benefits they receive can afford this)
- We make direct introduction with the landlord or agent and if both parties are happy a tenancy is signed direct between both parties
- Once the tenancy agreement is signed, we will promptly return a copy to you along with all required compliance documentation to authorize the release of agreed funds
