artner with us to provide housing opportunities and access government insights while making real impact.
Benefits of Partnership
- £150,000+ in monthly revenue for landlords
- £250,000 raised in landlord incentives
- Pre-vetted tenants from councils and charities
- Let-only service — direct landlord-tenant relationship
How It Works
- List your property with us, providing compliance certificates and your tenant requirements
- We submit the details to the council, who matches the property with a pre-assessed eligible household
- We arrange and accompany a viewing for both parties
- If both parties are happy, a tenancy agreement is signed directly between landlord and tenant; a copy is returned to us for confirmation
- We forward the signed agreement to the council, who authorise and release the agreed housing payment
- The agreed funds are paid directly to you
Goverment Insights
We share updates on housing policy, incentives, and compliance to help you stay informed.
Universal Credit
Most tenants pay rent via Universal Credit housing element (paid directly by the council). This continues until they secure employment or are signed off permanently. We also help to set up Direct payments also known as UC47.
